Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works with your body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. In this 60-minute session, you are invited to simply rest and receive while I work intuitively with Reiki energy to clear blockages, soothe your nervous system, and awaken your inner flow.

This session is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, physically tense, or simply disconnected from their own light.

What happens in a session:

We begin with a short grounding conversation and intention-setting. You relax fully (lying or seated), wrapped in soft blankets if you wish. I work hands-on or hands-off, depending on your comfort, guiding Reiki energy through your body. Focus is placed on energy centers (chakras) and areas where your body calls for healing. The session ends with grounding, gentle closure, and space for reflection if desired
